My name is Monika Chajec
and I am an attorney. I run
a lawyer's office. That’s what
the business card says.

In fact, I wanted to create a new formula of legal assistance, which focuses on the creative process of both the lawyer and the client. A lawyer should approach each case with a fresh eye. And the clients should have the comfort of work, because their legal safety is ensured by someone who knows the issue. And they like it. We do not use effusive words. Only knowledge, practice and good cooperation are important in the Studio.

A few words about
my knowledge

• Erasmus scholarship at Université Toulouse 1 Capitole in France

• three-year attorney apprenticeship at the District Bar Council in Poznań

• professional exam and obtaining the title “attorney” (ok, I have a toga!)

• Test of Legal English Skills (TOLES) Higher

• a certificate confirming knowledge on the practical principles of securing personal data on the basis of ISO / IEC 29151: 2017, issued by BSI Training Academy

• participation in the IP School at the Intellectual Property Rights Center named after H. Grocjusz in Warsaw

• many industry conferences and vocational training

A few words about
my experience

• work in Poznań law offices since 2007

• ongoing legal services for many business clients, including in particular the IT and construction-architectural industries

• ongoing legal services for many creative clients from the broadly understood cultural and entertainment industry

• several thousand prepared contracts, opinions and letters

• several hundred court hearings

• several dozen of conducted negotiations

• several dozen of established companies

• legal assistance in implementing the GDPR in entities employing from several dozen to several hundred employees

• conducting legal and business training (including personal data protection and business restructuring).

What else?

I like those for whom people, valuable work, good ideas and a general lack of crumminess matter. I love contemporary art in any form.

I go to concerts and travel on my own to fall in love with cities (Marrakesh, New York, Oslo). I hunt for full of grace sentences in paper books and magazines.

I actually like a lot of things, but I also demand a lot, mostly from me and my daughter – so that she can grow in the feeling that she can do anything she wants to do.
